This unique and stunning, one-of-a-kind cockade features a miniature Declaration of Independence in gold -plated pewter, hand-sewn with gold tassels. Approximately 3" across the rosette.
The Declaration of Independence center emblem, offered exclusively by Creative Cockades, has the following words:
IN CONGRESS, JULY 4, 1776.
